User Profile

The User Profile section allows you to manage all your personal information and preferences within your Polikatikia.gr account. Here, you can update your contact details, set your preferred language, add or remove a profile picture, and enable biometric login for quicker and more secure access.

  1. Edit Personal Information: Update your name, surname, or phone number.
  1. Change Password: Modify your password for enhanced security.
  1. Set Preferred Language: Choose your preferred language for the app and documents.
  1. Enable Biometric Login: Use Touch ID or Face ID for faster access.
  1. Manage Properties: View and manage your registered properties.
  1. Access Terms & Privacy Policy: Review the app's terms of use and privacy policy.
  1. Log Out: Sign out from all profiles.
  1. Request Account Deletion: Submit a request to delete your account.

More Details

Accessing Your Profile: 

Tap the profile icon on the home screen. Select "Manage Profile" to enter the User Profile section.

  

Editing Personal Information: In the Personal Information section, you can:

  • Update your name, surname, and phone number.

  • Note: Changing your email address can only be done by the building manager.


In the My Apartments section: View all properties registered under your account. This allows you to monitor liabilities and notices for each property individually.


Changing Your Password: To change your password:

  1. Enter your current password and the new password.
  2. Tap "Change Password" to save the changes.
  

Setting Your Preferred Language: In the Language Settings section: Choose your preferred language for the app interface and documents. This ensures that all communications and documents are in your selected language.

 


Enabling Biometric Login

In the Biometric Login section: If your device supports biometric authentication, you can enable Touch ID or Face ID for quicker and more secure access to the app.

 

Accessing Terms & Privacy Policy: In the Legal Information section review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to understand your rights and obligations while using the app.

Log Out: In the Account Settings section tap "Log Out" to sign out from all profiles, ensuring the security of your account.

 

Requesting Account Deletion: Tap "Request Account Deletion" to submit a request. The deletion process will take place one month after your request, and all your personal data will be removed from the app.
