Online Payment of Common Expenses

Through the Polikatikia.gr app, you can easily and quickly pay your common expenses online using a card, without the need for physical presence. The process is fully online, and a receipt is automatically sent to your email.

In Short...

  • When you can pay online?

    • ✔️ Your building is managed by a company or administrator on Polikatikia.gr

    • ✔️ A bank account has been issued under the building's VAT number

  • Payment steps:

    1. Open the app

    2. Tap “Bill Summary” from the bottom menu (or from the home screen → “Common utility bills” → “Bill Summary”)

    3. View the total debts of the apartment and separately the debts of the tenant and owner

    4. Select the months you wish to pay (all or individually)

    5. Tap “Pay”.

    6. You will be redirected to a secure payment environment

  • Available payment methods:

    • Card payment

    • Viva Wallet account

    • IRIS payment

    • RF payment code

  • Completion and receipt:

    • After completing the payment, the receipt is automatically sent to your email

    • You can view all receipts within the app whenever needed

When you can make an online payment:

The “Card Payment” feature is available only if:

  1. Your building is managed by a company or administrator through Polikatikia.gr
  1. A bank account has been issued under the building's VAT number

Payment Process

How to make a payment within the app

  1. Tap “Bill Summary” on the bottom menu (or go to “Common utility bills” → “Bill Summary from the home screen).

  2. View:

    • The total amount you owe for your apartment,

    • Separate breakdown of charges for tenants and owners.

  3. Select the month(s) you want to pay (you can pay all at once or pick individually).

  4. Tap “Pay”

     

Available payment methods:

Card payment: Enter your card details and tap “Pay”


Viva Wallet: If you have a Viva Wallet account, you can pay easily and quickly through your account


IRIS: Tap the IRIS icon, enter the customer name, and tap “Continue with IRIS”
 

RF payment code: Tap the icon with the ancient temple. There you will find the instructions and the RF code related to your apartment


Payment Receipt

  1. After completing the payment, the receipt is automatically sent to your email
  1. You can access all receipts through the app

Bank Charges
It is important to note that the building management collects common expenses “on behalf of third parties.” This means that the amounts collected are used to pay the building’s shared utility bills, such as the electricity bill.

For example, if the building’s electricity bill amounts to €300, the management must collect exactly €300 in order to settle it. For this reason, any bank charges arising from the payment process are allocated to the respective apartment.
