Purpose of this feature
This feature simplifies your life by letting you pay your building’s shared expenses (common charges) quickly and easily—from anywhere—using only your mobile or the web app.
Your building must be managed via Polikatikia.gr by a property manager or management company.
A bank account must have been issued under the building’s tax ID number (AFM).
Tap “Bill Summary” on the bottom menu (or go to “Common utility bills” → “Bill Summary” from the home screen).
View:
The total amount you owe for your apartment,
Separate breakdown of charges for tenants and owners.
Select the month(s) you want to pay (you can pay all at once or pick individually).
Tap “Pay”
You see a message “Settlement of owner's debt”; tap “Payment”.
You’re redirected to a secure payment environment.
Enter your card details and tap “Pay” again to complete the transaction.
For example, if the building’s electricity bill amounts to €300, the management must collect exactly €300 in order to settle it. For this reason, any bank charges arising from the payment process are allocated to the respective apartment.
Go to “My Common Charges” → “Financial Status”.
You see your total balance and breakdown by month.
Select the months you want to pay.
Click “Settle Payment”.
You’re redirected to a secure payment page.
Enter your card details and click “Pay”.
After payment, you receive a receipt by email and can view it anytime on the web.
