Resident Navigation

The Resident Navigation feature helps you move easily through the Polikatikia.gr app or web interface. With the bottom menu bar, you can reach key sections of the service quickly—your apartment dashboard, liabilities, issues of common expenses, receipts, etc.—without hunting through deep menus.

In Short...

Tap "Dashboard" → goes to your apartment’s dashboard; see overview info at a glance.

Tap "Issue Bill" → access common expenses’s issues history, see each edition’s breakdown.

Tap "Bill Summary" → view the history of your apartment’s debts; see total, tenant’s share, and owner’s share.

Tap "More" → access your payment receipts and other additional functions.

Bottom Navigation Icons

At the bottom of the screen are icons that give direct access to important parts of the app/web:

Dashboard icon: returns you to your apartment’s dashboard where you can see all vital information about your apartment in one place.

Issue Bill icon: Shows past issued statements (“editions”) of common expenses. For each edition, you can view how much was charged, the status, and other details.

Bill Summary icon: shows the apartment’s total outstanding amounts, as well as separate liabilities for tenant and owner.

My properties icon: you are taken to the list of properties registered under your account.

More icon : Under the “More” icon, you find the receipts of payments that have been recorded for your apartment and more functions.
