Resident Login

The Resident Login feature allows you to access your digital apartment on Polikatikia.gr.
Once you receive your invitation, you can sign in with your account to manage your payments, view your shared expenses by using the login method that suits you best (email, mobile number, social networks, or biometric authentication).

In Short...

✔️ Receive an invitation from the administrator in your email and click Accept to activate your digital apartment.
✔️ Download the app from Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone).

✔️ Log in with your email/phone & password, or via Facebook, Google, or Apple ID.

✔️ Use the same email where you received the invitation.

✔️ If you like, enable biometric login (fingerprint/face recognition) for faster access.


Resident Invitation

When a resident receives the common-expenses notification email, it includes an invitation to connect to their digital apartment. Once the resident clicks Accept, they are automatically connected to the digital apartment.
Then they will receive a password, which allows them to log in either through the Polikatikia.gr / admin.polikatikia.gr website or via the mobile app.

Login 

Using any of the login methods below, the resident can access their account on Polikatikia.gr quickly and easily:

  1. Enter email or mobile phone number + password

  2. Log in using Facebook

  3. Log in using Google

  4. Log in using Apple

Note: The email used for login must be the same as the email to which the invitation was sent.

  

Biometric Login


  1. It is also possible to enable biometric login.
  1. Tap on the profile icon in the app and configure your login so that you can use biometric credentials (fingerprint / face recognition) for future logins.

      

Password Reset

If you forget your password, tap the “Forgot password?” link/icon.

You will be shown a form where you enter the email address you registered with, then click “Continue.”



Verification Code


  1. A six-digit code will be sent to your email; enter this code in the appropriate field.
  1. If you did not receive it, tap “Resend code.”
  1. Enter the new code and click “Confirm.”
