Resident Invitation
In the email the resident receives with the notification of common expenses, they will also find the invitation sent to them, allowing them to connect to their digital apartment.
Once the resident clicks Accept, they are automatically connected to the digital apartment. After that, they receive a code, which can be used to log in either through Polikatikia.gr on the web or via the mobile app.
Access via Mobile App
Residents can now easily and quickly log in to their Polikatikia.gr account using one of the following methods:

Enter their email address or mobile number along with their password

Log in with their Facebook account

Log in with their Google account

Log in with their Apple account
Note: A key requirement is that the login email must be the same as the email used to accept the invitation.
Biometric Sign In
Residents can also log in using biometric technology. By tapping on the profile icon, they can enable biometric authentication for quick and secure access.
Password Reset
If a resident forgets their password, they can easily reset it by selecting the “Forgot your password?” option.

Next, a form appears where the resident enters the registered email address, selects “Continue”, and then proceeds to log in to the application.
Verification Code
A six-digit code is sent to the resident’s email, which must be entered in the corresponding field. If the code has not been received, they can select “Resend Code.”
After entering the new password, they confirm it by selecting “Confirm"
