The Dashboard provides an at-a-glance view of all the important information you need for your apartment. From here, you can see your profile details, your last common-expenses notice, current liabilities, apartment proportions, and more—without navigating through multiple screens.
     

In Short...

  1. Check Important Notifications for new messages or announcements.
  2. View the Latest Common-Expenses Notice and access the full list of all notices.
  3. Review Your Total Liabilities and open Financial Status for detailed breakdowns.
  4. See Your Apartment Proportions to understand how charges are distributed.

More Details

Profile Section: From the dashboard, tap your profile picture to manage your User Profile. Options include changing your password, enabling biometric login (fingerprint or face recognition), reviewing terms of use & privacy/security policies, logging out of all sessions, or requesting account deletion.


Important Notifications: These are messages from the building’s manager that need your attention. They’re displayed prominently so you don’t miss anything important (e.g., maintenance work, deadlines, policy changes).
 

User Role / Identity: If you hold more than one role (owner, tenant), you can choose which role to use. Based on that, the app/web will show you appropriate information and actions.

Apartment Location & Switch: The address of your building is always visible. If you have more than one apartment, you can select between them from the dashboard.

 

Latest Notice of Common Expenses: 
  1. Shows the month of your most recent notice.
  1. Tap “See all your notices” to go to the full list of issued common-expenses statements.
 

Apartment Details: Tapping “Apartment Proportions” shows how costs are allocated (for example: common costs, elevator, heating, etc.), according to the building’s rules or statute.
 

Common utility Bills & Bill SummaryThe dashboard shows a summary of what you owe overall. Tapping “Bill Summary” takes you to a detailed financial breakdown: what’s currently due, what remains from previous periods, and what is expected in the next issuance. You can also make payments from there.


Tasks: Any tasks or requests you’ve submitted to the management (e.g. repair tasks, maintenance requests) will be visible here. Useful for tracking status or reminding management.

 
Offers for You: Personalized offers via Polikatikia.gr (discounts, partner deals, promotions) that are currently available to your apartment/resident profile.
