Issuance Date
By selecting the “Date” filter, the resident first chooses the months of the issuances they want to search for, then clicks “Update”, and finally selects “Apply.” The list will then display only the issuances from the selected months.
Status
By selecting the “Status” filter, the resident can choose whether to display active issue bills or those that have been cancelled by the administrator. After making a selection, they click “Apply,” and the list will show the corresponding issue bills.

Printed Editions
Through the application, the resident can access at any time all notifications and summary statements generated from the issuance of common charges.
They can not only view in detail the expenses related to their apartment, but also download the common charges documents (summary statement, notification) in PDF format.
In this way, the moment the common charges are issued, they have immediate access to all relevant documents, as well as the ability to review documents from previous issuances.
1) Select the “Issue Bill” icon from the menu or you select "See all bills" on the dashboard.
2) A list appears with all the common charge issuances that have been created for the apartment. At a glance, they can see the month of each issuance, the total amount concerning their apartment, as well as the outstanding balance from that issuance.
By selecting the desired issue bill, the resident can view the expenses included in it, the amount allocated to their apartment, as well as the amounts corresponding to the tenant and the owner. They can also see the outstanding amount for each expense, along with the remaining balance of each one.

The resident can easily and quickly download the documents by selecting the “Download PDF” button.
