Next, they select “View Details” and go to the apartment’s liabilities section, where they can quickly see either the total liabilities of the apartment or, separately, the tenant’s and the owner’s liabilities, including:

• The total outstanding amounts from all issuances that have not yet been paid (current and previous liabilities)

• The current liabilities from the latest common charges issuance

• Previous liabilities from earlier issuances that remain unpaid

• Liabilities for the upcoming expenses, i.e., the amounts that will appear in the upcoming issuance—showing the charges assigned to their apartment by the administrator before the issuance is finalized

• The date of the last payment made by the tenant

• The date of the last payment made by the owner

• A breakdown of amounts owed by the resident for each month of issuance
