Apartment Financial Overview - Bill Summary

With the Apartment Financial Status feature, residents can view all liabilities (unpaid amounts) of their apartment. The feature shows separately what is owed by the tenant and by the owner. You get a clear overview of current, past, and upcoming liabilities—all in one place via the app.

In Short...

  1. Tap “Financial Status” on the bottom menu in the app.
  1. At a glance, see the total previous liabilities, current dues, and overall apartment liabilities
  1. Tap “View Details” to open a detailed breakdown.

Select the “Bill Summary” button from the dashboard.


At a glance, you can see the total of previous outstanding amounts, the current liabilities, and the total liabilities of the apartment.

 


  • When you select “View Details”, you can see the following:

    • The total liabilities: all unpaid amounts from both current and previous billing periods.

    • The current liability: from the latest issued common expense statement.

    • The previous liabilities: amounts from prior statements not yet paid.

    • The upcoming liabilities: amounts that will appear in the next statement, i.e. charges for your apartment that the manager has calculated before finalizing the next common expenses bill.

    • The date of the last payment made by the tenant.

    • The date of the last payment made by the owner.

    • A list of amounts you owe, month by month, for each previous statement.

    This gives you full visibility of what you owe, when it became due, and what is coming next—helping you manage payments more effectively.
